Want to learn to row but don't know where to begin?
Lions Rowing Club offers comprehensive Learn to Row Camps that lead you through basic techniques and introduces you to the fun and aerobic fitness benefits of rowing.

Learn to Row Camps are 5 days a week:
Monday - Thursday evenings:     6:30 - 8:30pm
and Saturday mornings:               7:30 - 9:30am

Only open to the first 16 people. $100 per session. It is recommended by the LMU staff to do learn to row as a progression because new skills will be offered each week. Learning to row is a long process. It takes patience and consistency to work on your technique. As the technique improves, you can begin to add power to your stroke and each session becomes more fitness oriented.

If you would like to join the Club as of August 1st there is a special rate for the month of August to all learn to row participants.

Learn To Row Camp I:         July 6 - 11
Learn To Row Camp II:        July 13 - 18
Learn To Row Camp III:       July 20 - 25
Learn To Row Camp IV:      July 27 - August 1
